We ship within 1-3 business days from when you placed your order, usually within 24 hours.
We now charge flat rate shipping prices based on weight. $8 is the standard rate, with over 4lbs being $15. These prices are for US shipping only.
Please note that once the packages reach the shipping company (USPS, UPS, FedEx), we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All of the orders come with insurance, you can file a claim to get a refund for the insurance amount. Please reach out to us so we can help you do that.
